These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of cardboarddeals.com (the “Site”) and any related services we offer. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About Cardboard Deals

Cardboard Deals is an in-development tool that aggregates listings from third-party marketplaces — beginning with eBay — to help collectors of trading-card games find favourable prices and track collection value. The Site is currently a coming-soon landing page; the full service is not yet operational. Features described here may change before launch.

2. Affiliate disclosure

Cardboard Deals participates in the eBay Partner Network and may participate in other affiliate programmes. Outbound links from our Site to marketplaces may earn us a commission when you complete a qualifying purchase, at no additional cost to you. This disclosure is given in compliance with applicable advertising and consumer- protection rules including those of the UK Advertising Standards Authority and the US Federal Trade Commission.

3. No warranties on third-party data

When the service launches, Cardboard Deals will display information drawn from third-party sources including marketplace APIs and card-data providers. We make no warranty that this information is accurate, complete, or current. Prices change, listings end, and bulk catalogue data can lag. You are responsible for verifying details directly with the marketplace before purchasing.

4. No purchase guarantees

Cardboard Deals is not a party to any transaction you complete on a third-party marketplace. We do not handle payments, ship goods, or offer refunds. Any dispute over a purchase is between you, the marketplace, and the seller.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only, and you agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or programmatically harvest data from the Site beyond what a normal browser does
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Cardboard Deals or anyone else

6. Intellectual property

The Cardboard Deals name, branding, and original content on the Site are our property. Game names, card names, and card artwork referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners — including Wizards of the Coast LLC (Magic: The Gathering) and others. Card images are sourced from licensed third-party data providers (e.g. Scryfall) and remain the property of their original rights holders. Cardboard Deals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these entities.

7. Account terms

User accounts are not yet available. When account signups open, additional terms will apply — including responsibility for keeping your credentials safe and complying with our community guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cardboard Deals disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including any losses incurred from acting on price or availability information shown here. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be notified via the Site and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising under them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
